IRS issues new key clarifications on ARPA FAQs (part 2)

In today's video, I continue coverage of a key notice recently issued by the IRS: IRS notice 2021-31, which covers many FAQs that were left in the wake of the ARPA legislation.

In this video, my focus is on "eligibility for other group health plan coverage," and what exactly that means. It's a critical definition in determining who is and who is not eligible for the ARPA subsidies.
